1. Fine Brands Pte Ltd undertakes to repair or, at its option, replace without cost to the owner either for material, labour or transport, any part of the product which is 
found to be defective with the Warranty Period from the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Period for Wine Cabinet, Cigar Humidor and Wine Dispenser is 2 Years on Parts with 1st year inclusive of service. Warranty Period for Sowine/WineArt is      1 Year only on parts inclusive of service on a carry-in basis to our service centre. Warranty Period for Racking Systems is 1 Year on parts only.


3. Where service call is chargeable, payment will have to be made strictly in cash or cheque on or before the date of servicing.

4. For this warranty to be effective, this Warranty Certificate must be duly completed and return to Fine Brands Pte Ltd within 7 days of purchase.

5. This warranty does not cover:
    (a) Accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, tempering or failure of the purchase to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual.
    (b) Damage as a result of fire, flood or natural calamity.
    (c) Normal wear and tear and corrosion.
    (d) Claims for damaged or missing parts after SEVEN (7) days from the date of purchase.
    (e) Unauthorised repairs carried out to the unit.
    (f)  Improper installations works undertaken by unauthorised contractors or parties.
    (g) For damages arising from demonstration and teaching on the using of product.
    (h) General maintenance, cleaning, refrigerant refill, charcoal filters or parts & accessories.

6. Service call will be chargeable based on our Standard Service Rates in the event that no technical fault is found by our service personnel.

7. By submitting the product for repair, you are deemed to have waived any claims of other form of compensation, monetary or otherwise. You shall also agree to 
abide by all decisions and conclusions made by Fine Brands Pte Ltd.

8. Repair durations are subjected to the availability of parts.

9. This Warranty Certificate must be presented when making any claims and is valid in Singapore only.

10. Whilst reasonable care will be taken during service calls, you agree to indemnify us against any liability for damages sustained to property during the service call.

11. Service under this warranty must be provided by Fine Brands Pte Ltd or its appointed agents. Such service shall be provided during normal business hours.

12. Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm. We are closed for business on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. By signing 
on this Warranty Certificate, you have deemed agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
